Compared with industry peers in the same tonnage class, its efficiency is over 5% higher. Field tests show that its hourly fuel consumption is only 40 – 46L, saving more than 20,000L of fuel annually compared to comparable products, which significantly reduces operational costs.
Another remarkable excavator is the XE900G Pro, hailed as the “fuel – saving king.” All its configurations have been comprehensively upgraded. It comes standard with a 6.2m³ reinforced bucket and adopts variable – displacement hydraulic pump technology. As a result, the bucket rod digging force has increased by 7%, the bucket capacity has expanded by 15%, and the heavy – load efficiency has leaped. In hard – rock working conditions, its hourly fuel consumption can be as low as 45 – 52L, saving nearly 400,000 yuan in fuel costs each year.
Efficient Transportation: Pioneering Green and Smart Mobility
Transportation vehicles are the “arteries” for the flow of materials in mines and an essential part of the production process, directly affecting the production capacity scale.
The XG110 wide – body dump truck features a large – horsepower engine combined with an optimized gearbox and control strategy, resulting in lower operating costs and better climbing performance. Through customized tuning, its power adaptability, braking safety, and maintenance convenience have been comprehensively improved. Equipped with a 100L auxiliary fuel tank to ensure cold – start in frigid conditions, its heaped capacity reaches up to 47m³, demonstrating strong transportation capacity.
The ZNK95, the largest – tonnage electric driverless mining truck in the industry, has become a “vanguard” in the construction of green and intelligent mines since its delivery of 100 units to Inner Mongolia Huanneng Yimin Open – pit Mine in May. It can continuously operate in extremely cold conditions of – 43°C, supports 6 – minute mobile battery swapping, has a single – charge endurance of 3 – 4 hours, an average monthly operation of over 400 hours, and its single – vehicle efficiency is 120% that of manual driving. It truly achieves unmanned, zero – emission, and uninterrupted high – efficiency operation in mine transportation.

Mining auxiliary equipment is by no means a “supporting role” but a comprehensive reflection of a mine’s safety bottom line, efficiency ceiling, and cost control valve.
The XC975 – HEV hybrid loader adopts XCMG’s self – developed hybrid power – matching and control technology. The integrated range extender and power battery are perfectly matched, significantly enhancing the overall machine’s power and control performance. The engine always operates in the high – efficiency zone, showing excellent fuel economy. With a rated load of 7 tons, it can be configured with 3 – 6m³ buckets, side – dumping attachments, or clamps to meet various working conditions in mining.
The GR3005T mining motor grader is deeply optimized for the road – leveling needs of open – pit mines.
