Collaboration to drive sustainable infrastructure development across Africa
XCMG has established a landmark strategic partnership with Dangote Group, one of Africa’s largest industrial conglomerates, forming a “Green Alliance” that will accelerate sustainable development across the continent.
This pioneering collaboration leverages both companies’ strengths in technology, market presence, and sustainability expertise. The partnership will focus on multiple key areas:
- Deployment of green construction equipment
- Co-creation of sustainable solutions
- Advanced technical cooperation
- Sustainable infrastructure development
XCMG will provide customized solutions to support Dangote Group’s sustainability objectives and Africa’s broader energy transition strategy.

The alliance builds upon a solid foundation of previous cooperation. During the construction of the Dangote Refinery, Africa’s largest single-train petroleum refinery, XCMG deployed over 2,000 pieces of equipment including cranes, concrete machinery, loaders, and road construction machinery. Hundreds of XCMG support personnel participated in the project, making it the company’s largest equipment and workforce deployment in Africa to date.
